The CW Notches Best Thursday in Over 2 Months

April 23, 2010 (Burbank, CA) - The CW thriller SUPERNATURAL climbed to match its season high in adults 18-34 (1.5/5) and adults 18-49 (1.4/4), and scored its second best performance of the season among, women 18-34 (1.6/5-tie) and women 18-49 (1.5/4), according to national live plus same day Nielsen ratings for Thursday, April 22, 2010. 

SUPERNATURAL improved week-to-week in every demo, including 23% in women 18-34, 25% in adults 18-34, 15% in women 18-49, 17% in adults 18-49, 38% in female teens (1.1/4) and 15% in total viewers (2.82mil).

THE VAMPIRE DIARIES ranked #1 in the 8:00-9:00p.m. hour in females 12-34 (2.5/9-tie) and female teens (2.8/10).  VAMPIRE DIARIES remained Thursday night's #1 show among female teens.

While on par with last week among adults 18-34 (1.8/6) and adults 18-49 (1.6/5), VAMPIRE DIARIES grew week-to-week 6% among viewers (3.33mil) and 22% in female teens (2.8/10).

Overall, The CW had its best Thursday night in over 2 months (since 2/4/10) among adults 18-34 (1.6/5), adults 18-49 (1.5/4) and women 18-49 (1.8/5).
