CLAY IS CONFRONTED BY AN UNSTABLE KATIE - Nathan (James Lafferty) and Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) struggle with the aftermath of her mother's death, while Brooke (Sophia Bush) deals with the fallout of Alexander's (guest star Mitch Ryan) tryst with Victoria (guest star Daphne Zuniga).  Alex (Jana Kramer) discovers a secret about her leading man, Josh (guest star Paul Teal), that could derail Julian's (Austin Nichols) film, and Clay (Robert Buckley) is confronted by an unhinged Katie (guest star Amanda Schull).  Shantel VanSanten also stars.  Greg Prange directed the episode written by Shaina Fewell & Renee Intlekofer (#720).

WILLIAM "BILLY" BALDWIN ("DIRTY SEXY MONEY") GUEST STARS - Will's (Baldwin) return to the Upper East Side continues to stir up problems for Serena (Blake Lively), Lily (Kelly Rutherford) and his long-standing rival, Rufus (Matthew Settle).  Serena and Jenny's (Taylor Momsen) relationship is strained as a result of Jenny's deception.  Blair (Leighton Meester) spends time on the Columbia campus and realizes where she truly belongs.  Dan (Penn Badgley) learns that Vanessa (Jessica Szohr) has been keeping yet another secret from him.  Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick also star.  Jeremiah Chechik directed the episode written by Amanda Lasher (#320).

TUESDAY, MAY 4

"Meet the Parent" (TV-PG) (HDTV)

 

RYAN O'NEAL AND  LATIN POP STAR DIEGO BONETA GUEST STAR - Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) and Jen (guest star Sara Foster) are back to wreaking havoc in each others lives and just when Naomi thinks she has the upperhand, Jen slaps her back into reality.  Teddy (Trevor Donovan) invites a nervous Silver (Jessica Stroup) to meet his father, Spence (guest star Ryan O'Neal), for the second time and the meeting doesn't go quite as planned.  Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) struggles to write a new song for Laurel (guest star Kelly Lynch) and turns to Navid (Michael Steger) for support, forcing Navid to realize he still has feelings for her.  Adrianna records a duet with Javier Luna (guest star/Latin recording artist Diego Boneta), a famous young pop singer, who quickly wins her over with his charm.  Annie (Shenae Grimes) confronts Harry (Rob Estes) and Debbie (Lori Loughlin) about their recent marital problems, resulting in a family discussion about their future.  Tristan Wilds and Ryan Eggold also star.  Stuart Gillard directed the episode written by Jessica Chaffin (#220).

LUX, CATE AND RYAN GET IN TROUBLE WITH THEIR SOCIAL WORKER - After Lux (Britt Robertson) and Bug (guest star Rafi Gavron) are picked up by the police for a curfew violation, Lux's social worker decides it's time to meet with Cate (Shiri Appleby) and Baze (Kristoffer Polaha) to reevaluate their custody of Lux.  During a meeting with the social worker, Cate, Baze and Lux agree to put on a happy face to ensure that Lux isn't placed back in the foster care system.  Meanwhile, in an attempt to show Lux that she supports her, Cate offers to find Bug a job at her radio station, but winds up disappointing Lux once again.  Austin Basis also stars.  Michael Katleman directed the episode written by Deidre Shaw. THE GIRLS VISIT THE "LORD OF THE RINGS" SET AND TYRA GOES BEHIND THE CAMERA - Special guest judge and "Lord of the Rings" actress Sarah McLeod welcome the girls to the Hobbiton in New Zealand, where the girls do a quick five-frame photo shoot.  During this week's photo shoot, Tyra goes behind the camera with the final five models (#1410).

WELCOME TO MIAMI - Mandy, Tasha and Louise enjoy a layover in Miami Beach but before leaving the airport, they make a quick stop in the bathroom to get into more comfortable clothing.  Mandy makes a connection with a guy but Louise steals her thunder, and Tasha gets defensive when a guy lays on his charm a little too thick.  Back in LA, Nikole's boyfriend, Jon, moves into the house while he looks for a new place but his living habits are too much for Farrah, who just received disappointing news about her future (#107).

WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE? - Louise lies to Mandy about spending a weekend with Chris in Mammoth, putting their friendship in jeopardy.  Tasha and Mandy audition to be models in a Virgin America ad campaign, while Farrah informs the girls that she needs to move on with her life.  Nikole receives and in-flight proposition she can't refuse (#108).

THURSDAY, MAY 6

 

"THE VAMPIRE DIARIES" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET)

"Isobel" (CONTENT RATING TBD) (HDTV)

 

ISOBEL RETURNS TO MYSTIC FALLS - Isobel (guest star Mia Kirshner) returns to town and stuns Alaric (Matt Davis) with her attitude and her demands that he arrange a meeting with Elena (Nina Dobrev.)  When mother and daughter finally meet, Isobel refuses to answer most of Elena's questions, but reveals that she will stop at nothing to find the mysterious invention Johnathan Gilbert has been searching for.  Isobel's dangerous actions lead Stefan (Paul Wesley), Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Bonnie (Katerina Graham) to step in and help Elena deal with the situation.  Candice Accola, Steven R. McQueen, Sara Canning, Zach Roerig and Michael Trevino also star.  J. Miller Tobin directed the episode written by Caroline Dries & Brian Young (#120).

BOBBY SELLS HIS SOUL TO HELP STOP THE APOCALYPSE/DEAN GOES HEAD TO HEAD WITH DEATH - Crowley (guest star Mark Sheppard) tells Bobby (Jim Beaver) he will give him the location of Death (guest star Julian Richings), the fourth horseman, in exchange for his soul.  Knowing Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) need that fourth ring to stop the Apocalypse, Bobby reluctantly agrees.  Sam and Dean confront Pestilence (guest star Matt Frewer), but he unleashes a deadly virus upon them, so Castiel (Misha Collins) must intervene on their behalf.  Dean has a meeting with Death to discuss Lucifer, and an unholy alliance is formed at a very high price for Dean.  Phil Sgriccia directed the episode written by Sera Gamble (#521).

IT'S THE RETURN OF MARTHA KENT AND PERRY WHITE! - Much to Clark's (Tom Welling) surprise, Martha Kent (guest star Annette O'Toole) returns to Smallville with her new boyfriend, Perry White (guest star Michael McKean) in tow.  Lois (Erica Durance) and Perry realize they are both working on the same story about the Red Queen, and decide to team up, which ultimately puts them in serious danger.  Chloe (Allison Mack) helps Clark search for the Book of Rao, which they believe contains information on how to stop Zod (Callum Blue) and his army.  Glen Winter directed the episode written by Jordan Hawley & Anne Cofell Saunders (#3X5271).
