November 15, 2007 (Burbank, CA) - The combination of powerhouse AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL and new hit GOSSIP GIRL lifted The CW to its best Wednesday of the season in adults 18-34 (2.6/7) women 18-34 (3.8/10), adults 18-49 (2.0/5-tie) and women 18-49 (3.0/8), according to Live Plus Same Day Nielsen ratings for Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2007.

TOP MODEL opened the night by winning its time period in key demos, including adults 18-34 (3.0/9), women 18-34 (4.6/12), women 18-49 (4.0/10), teens (2.7/9) and female teens (4.4/15), and ranked second among adults 18-49 (2.6/7-tie Fox), behind only ABC.

With week-to-week growth, TOP MODEL hit season highs last night in adults 18-34 (tie), adults 18-49 and women 18-49. TOP MODEL also improved over a year ago by 11% in adults 18-34, 18% in adults 18-49, 24% in women 18-34, 29% in women 18-49 and 13% in viewers (5.3mil).

The CW's new hit drama GOSSIP GIRL matched its best performance to date in adults 18-34 (2.1/5-tied with premiere), and delivered its highest ratings since its premiere in adults 18-49 (1.4/4), women 18-34 (3.0/7), women 18-49 (2.1/5) and viewers (3.0mil).

GOSSIP GIRL built week-to-week momentum, up 31% in adults 18-34, 17% in adults 18-49, 15% in women 18-34, 17% in women 18-49 and 17% in viewers. GOSSIP GIRL also scored increases over One Tree Hill a year ago in adults and women demos.

GOSSIP GIRL once again won the hour in female teens (3.6/12) and total teens (2.0/7).
