RHOYLE IVY KING

Nathaniel Hardin in “All American: Homecoming”

In The CW’s hit series “All American: Homecoming,” Rhoyle Ivy King (He/Him/They) stars as Nathaniel Hardin, the non-binary, gender-fluid personification of fly AF. While Nate is usually the one doling out sound advice, she finds herself needing some from her besties Simone (Geffri Maya) and Keisha (Netta Walker) this season, especially after she rekindles a relationship with an old flame who keeps her from embracing who she is and who she wants to be.

King is perhaps best known for this role as Nathaniel on “All American: Homecoming,” the network’s first non-binary BIPOC character. King can next been seen in Ryan Murphy’s “Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story” starring Evan Peters.

A Houston, TX native, King got his start as a Broadway World Award Winning actor/singer and has been seen on stage as Angel Dumott Schunard in “RENT,” the national tour of “FAME: The Musical!,” as the Tinman in “The WIZ” tour, and as Chad Danforth in “High School Musical.”

Beyond his work as an actor, King is a dedicated fitness guru. Often known for getting up at one a.m. for a gym session before early call times, keeping up a healthy diet, and balancing a six-day-a-week workout schedule with his busy lifestyle, his goals in the gym go far beyond the physical. While it’s a nice perk to look and feel good in your own skin, King is more interested in the positive effects that the gym has on his mental and spiritual self. He has also noticed how taking care of one’s self can have a positive impact on one’s relationships, which is why he advocates for everyone to first work on themselves, and make time to prioritize their own needs, before looking at helping others.

King strives to be the role model and friend that is leading with love and pushing people to become the best (and happiest) versions of themselves. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
