Executive Producer / Showrunner of “Coroner”

 

 

Morwyn Brebner is the creator, show runner and executive producer of The CW’s new drama “Coroner.”

Brebner is an award-winning Toronto based screenwriter and playwright. She co-created the television series “Saving Hope” on which she was an executive producer and showrunner for the first three seasons. She also co-created the drama series “Rookie Blue.” Additional series include “Mary Kills People” and “Bellevue.”

 

She was a longtime playwright-in-residence at Tarragon Theatre, where many of her plays premiered. Brebner is a graduate of the National Theater School of Canada.
