Executive Producer of “In The Dark”

 

 

Michael Showalter is an executive producer of The CW’s hit drama “In The Dark.” He also directed the pilot.

 

Showalter most recently wrapped production on “The Eyes of Tammy Faye,” a period drama starring Jessica Chastain and Andrew Garfield. His most recent feature, “The Lovebirds,” will be released in the Spring of 2020. Showalter also directed the critically acclaimed and Oscar nominated feature film “The Big Sick,” which he also co-wrote.

 

Showalter’s other projects include the 2016 feature film “Hello, My Name is Doris,” starring Sally Field, which he co-wrote and directed. He is a co-creator of the television show “Search Party,” and co-created the television series “Wet Hot American Summer: The First Day of Camp,” and “Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later.” He and producing partner Jordana Mollick together helm Semi-Formal Productions.
