Betty Cooper in “Riverdale”
Lili Reinhart stars as Betty Cooper, the sweet, studious and eager-to-please girl-next-door in The CW’s drama “Riverdale.”
Reinhart has quickly amassed an impressive resume as one of Hollywood’s most exciting young actresses through her riveting and powerful performances on screen. For her role as Betty Cooper, she has won several Teen Choice Awards, which include “Choice Drama TV Actress” in 2018 and 2019 and “Choice Breakout TV Star” in 2017. The show won a People’s Choice Award for “Favorite TV Drama” in 2018.
On the big screen, Reinhart currently stars in Lorene Scafaria’s “Hustlers” opposite Jennifer Lopez, Constance Wu and Kiki Palmer. Inspired by the viral New York Magazine article, the film follows a crew of savvy former strip club employees who band together to turn the tables on their Wall Street clients.
Reinhart recently wrapped production on “Chemical Hearts,” which she will star and executive produce for Amazon Studios. The coming-of-age drama is based on the novel “Our Chemical Hearts” by Krystal Sutherland.
Last year, Reinhart starred in the Melanie Laurent directed film “Galveston,” alongside Ben Foster and Elle Fanning. Based on “True Detective” creator Nic Pizzolatto’s 2019 novel, Reinhart played “Tiffany,” the young adult daughter that Fanning gave up for adoption years before.
Reinhart’s other film credits include Julia Hart’s “Miss Stevens,” which was nominated for Best Narrative Feature at the 2016 SXSW Film Festival and Jordan Vogt-Robert’s “Kings of Summer.”
Her past television credits include the comedy series “Surviving Jack,” alongside Chris Meloni and a guest appearance on “Law & Order: SVU.”
Reinhart currently resides in Los Angeles.
