Executive Producer/Co-Showrunner on “Son of a Critch”

 

 

Tim McAuliffe is the co-showrunner and Executive Producer on The CW’s new comedy series “Son of a Critch.”

 

McAuliffe is a television writer/producer from Montreal, Canada. He is currently the showrunner/executive producer of the upcoming series “Players.” He is also a consulting

producer on the series “Macgruber” starring Will Forte, Kristen Wiig, and Ryan Philippe.

 

Previously, he served as an Executive Producer/Showrunner/Writer on the comedy series “The Last Man On Earth” starring Will Forte, Kristen Schaal and January Jones. Additionally, McAuliffe was a writer/producer on several series including the Emmy®-winning series “The Office” starring Steve Carrell, John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, Ed Helms, and Rainn Wilson; writer for “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon”; writer for “Maya & Marty,” starring Maya Rudolph and Martin Short; and writer/producer on “Up All Night” starring Christina Applegate and Will Arnett, and produced by Lorne Michaels. He is currently developing “The Foundation” with Zooey Deschanel.

 

In Canada, he was Showrunner/Executive Producer/writer on CBC TV’s long running “This Hour Has 22 Minutes” and a writer for CTV’s “Corner Gas.” He has also written a series of live gala performances at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival (Montreal) for the likes of Chevy Chase, The Muppets, Bill Hader, and Andy Samberg.
